  • % juice : 40-55%
  • Flavour > 60

Brix (refraction) : the sugar content of the fruit
The acidity of the fruit : A high score on acid is best combined with high sugar levels
% Juice : Provides an indication of the texture of the fruit
Flavour : A score derived from the combination of the measurements indicating the attractiveness of the flavour. The higher the score the better the flavour. The range is measured from 1 to 100
